Kim's Auto Repair Service

We were driving from Idaho to Ohio, and wanted someone to check on a suspension weld about halfway home. We selected Kim's after reading their reviews, and after calling ahead, they were able to get us right in as soon as we got there. They checked everything out, and advised us everything looked good. We appreciate them fitting us into their busy schedule, and helping us to get home!

We've gone to Kim's to replace a broken side view mirror and a catalytic converter. Both times we had a great experience! The staff were super friendly and went the extra mile to get us the best prices possible and avoid fixing what wasn't broken. Will be going back!

With the while nightmare i had with my vechile and horrible place i took it to the first time causing me more issues. I am blessed i decided to take my vehicle here. They were efficient and fast, which i honestly needed with work my kids appointments and other appointments i have weekly this was a giant stress relief. Even though their was an issue with the warranty side they still helped and got things fixed and back to driving my vehicle. Customer service was amazing I appreciate all the hard work and honesty even helping me with my tire that I did not come in for with a nail. They always explain and are upfront about everything. I explained what I thought it was they managed to pin point and fix the issue. I will be back for future repairs as i can trust them with my vehcile. Highly recommend no words can describe how thankful I am i appreciate how honest Lucas is and all the hard work they put in

Great service, fast, family owned. Thank god I went to them when I moved here to GI. One tip:keep your car clean 😂they do not want to work in a car where a 4 year old tornado destroyed it and your to lazy to clean out your own mess. I respected that. Kims a good guy, I trust him 100% and same with recommendation. I 100 % recommend Kim and his crew. It feels different when you walk in; like you know your going to get taken care of. All buissness and no BS. Take your car here!!! I took it to 2 other places first and was told two totally different things. Kim found the problem immediately and fixed it. Such a relief. Thanks Kim and crew, your buisness means a lot to me! Thank you! 🙏
